Nä tror jag inte. Matt Chen som kanalen heter klippet är länkat till, är nog en vanlig användare. Har han anknytning på nått sätt är det säkert till ICS. Vild gissning dock. Men hade det varit Discovery hade kanaler nog hetat Discovery Global, Taiwan eller nått i den stilen.
