The former two are high quality suppliers of the Norwegian armed forces, CombatKit is decent and occasionally seen as privately purchased gear, and the latter is more shady.
Wheather any of them will ship Norwegian camo internationally is a different matter entirely.
As for the jacket, it's not all that. It's supposedly goretex, but doesn't breathe all too well, and on my latest exercise the water seeped through within the first half hour of the heavy rain pouring down.
