What kind of lode baring equipment does the Swedish army use?

If I'm not out cycling(swedish saying) about what you mean they use Stridsväst 2000.

For now it's the correct vest to use (although a new one is on it's way). Unfortunately getting a real one is both rather tricky, and illegal
There is a pretty good airsoft copy available though ALE Stridsväst 2000.

The new vest that is coming will look something like this and is made by Snigel Design, it's not that much more expensive to buy than the airsoft copy of SV2K, so it may be a better buy.
